ERLC Webinar: How Christians Can Serve Refugees
The war in Ukraine, in addition to the crisis in Afghanistan last August and conflicts all over the world that have been taking place for years, have many Christians asking what exactly their role is in caring for the people fleeing these conflicts. In April, the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) hosted a webinar on how Christians can serve refugees to address this question. Bryant Wright, president of Send Relief, Matthew Soerens, U.S. Director of Church Mobilization for World Relief, Bri Stensrud, Director of Women of Welcome and Brent Leatherwood, acting president of the ERLC, participate in this conversation to talk about the responsibility Christians have to care for and serve refugees and how people can get involved in practical ways in their own communities.
