Webinar: Why Hondurans Leave or Remain Home

 In Telling a Better Story

In this webinar hosted by the Association for a More Just Society (ASJ-US), experts and practitioners talk about recent research on why Hondurans decide to leave or remain home in search of a flourishing future. This research responds to the questions many people are asking when it comes to immigration: “What is the context behind immigrants’ stories?” and “How can we respond?” Experts explain the implications of this research on both Honduras and the United States and how we can participate in building a more just future in both countries.

ASJ-US is an organization of people who strive to be brave Christians dedicated to doing justice in Honduras and inspiring others around the world to seek justice in their own contexts. Read more here

Are you or others in your church interested in learning more about doing justice from a Biblical perspective? ASJ-US has a program for you! They are starting a program called “Justice Seekers” for churches interested in pursuing the biblical call to “love justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God” (Micah 6:8). Through this program, ASJ-US will provide resources to help Christians explore this calling. Through stories of brave Christians in Honduras, your church will advance in connecting faith, community, and mission.
