We have seen many changes and actions taken related to immigration this year. Some of these actions have been devastating to immigrants and our wider communities. How should we as Christian leaders be responding to these changes and the constant rhetoric that divides more than unites? How should we be good neighbors to immigrants in our communities and country in the midst of all of this? We will engage with these important questions and more in this year’s Evangelical Convening on Immigration in Nashville, Tennessee.
As in past convenings, we’ll have the opportunity to hear from thought leaders, ministry practitioners, policy experts and immigrants themselves on how our Christian faith can and should inform our collective response to immigration, and allow the pastors, denominational leaders, parachurch ministry executives and others who gather to interact with one another.
Our Evangelical Convening on Immigration is intentionally timed to coincide with the Leading the Way convening coordinated by our partners at the National Immigration Forum. The registration page for this Convening will be sent via email to our lists. If you have not received an email and are interested in attending, please reach out to info@evangelicalimmigrationtable.com.
We hope you’ll join us for these timely conversations in Nashville!
